Using Trade Me
You must be at least 18 years old, give accurate information, and keep your account secure. Trades and service arrangements are agreements between members; Trade Me is not a party to them.
Prohibited items and services
- Weapons, ammunition and explosives
- Drugs, alcohol, tobacco and vaping products
- Counterfeit, stolen or recalled goods
- Live animals
- Any item or service that is illegal where you live, or that requires a licence you do not hold
Community standards
Be honest in your listings, respectful in chat and reliable when you agree to meet. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these rules.
